We unashamedly champion the fact that Scotland has the finest seafood in the world. With over 200 varieties in Scottish waters, we’re in the enviable position of being able to offer a world class product that’s enjoyed in the world’s finest restaurants.
From our not-so-humble favoured fishcakes to our fresh shellfish, you’ll not eat better ingredients on Earth! We challenge you to find better seafood than what’s on our Royale platter, anywhere on the planet.
We supplement this with exotic, piscine delights from around the world and the best that Scotland’s meat and game larder has to offer. Add seasonal market vegetables and our passion for wine and it’s not fine dining we offer, it’s damn fine dining.
