    REOPENING HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS

    The safety of our guests and staff are our utmost priority, over and above the strict hygiene and health and safety standards we have always adhered to, we are also implementing the follow measures:

    The Ship on the Shore is a 1 metre physical distancing zone, please follow the advice of staff and observe physical distancing.

    We are operating a table service only. Please wait at the greeting station upon entry and a member of our team will escort you to your table.

    Please use the automatic hand sanitiser dispenser located at the greeting station upon entry.

    Automatic hand sanitisers are located throughout, one upon entry and one outside each of the toilets.

    Children must remain seated and supervised by an adult throughout their entire visit.

    Full training of our staff on essential hygiene and respiratory etiquette, physical distancing and appropriate risks associated with operating in a Covid-safe workplace.

    Staff temperature check prior to service.

    The restaurant has been adapted to facilitate safe physical distancing for both staff and customers.

    Tables disinfected after customers departure and reset prior to next guests arriving. Please arrive at your specified booking time as we do not have the capacity for waiting.

    Deep cleaning the restaurant after service every evening.

    We ask that you refrain from visiting our restaurant if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19.

    Please regularly wash and/or sanitise your hands throughout your visit.

    Please follow our bathroom protocols when in the restaurant.
